Origin: China

This is a blend of fine Chinese green teas and is accented with rose petals, blue cornflower and calendula petals. The addition of citrus peel boosts the smoothness of the cup. It is a gentle tea that is calming. The flavours of fruit verses floral change with the temperature of the tea on your palette. Very complex. Infuse twice.

Brewing: water 6 oz & 195*F / leaves: 1 teaspoon / steeping: 2-3 minutes
