This meditation powerhouse contains organic ginger pieces, turmeric and Japanese matcha mixed with 2 year pu-erh. It has a muddy cup that thickens with longer steeping. It holds an earthy pungent spicy taste that heats and leaves a smooth mouth feel. Very refreshing and full. Before, during or after meditation.

Pu-erh works to rid body of toxins and chemicals while aiding digestion. It is calming with no caffeine. Multiple infusions.
